Terms of sale

These terms cover the courses and digital products sold on this site. Client projects and workshops have their own written agreement, sent before any work starts.

Buying a course or product

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. After payment you get instant access: courses through the course platform, products as a download link sent by email. Please check the formats listed on each page before you buy.

What your licence allows

• Courses: a personal licence for one person. Please do not share your login or re-upload the lessons
• Templates and kits: use them on unlimited projects for yourself or your clients, unless the product page says otherwise
• What you cannot do: resell, share or redistribute the files as they are, or as part of another template, kit or course

The working files included with a course follow the same rules as templates.

Refunds

If a course or product is not right for you, write within 14 days of buying and you will get a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, purchases are final unless the law in your country says otherwise.

Updates

Courses and products get free updates for as long as they are sold here. I may change or retire a product, but you keep access to the version you bought.

Liability

The courses and files are shared in good faith, based on my own practice. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and results depend on how you use them. The proposal and contract kit in particular should be checked by a local lawyer before use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
